"It's time to stand up for our 2nd Amendment rights," said Oscar speaking at the National Rifle Association's annual "Hunting Dog Rights Review". Oscar has long been a proponent for gun ownership.

"Every time some nutter fires a gun and kills people, the genius in the White House and others like him blame the gun and not the shooter," Oscar said.  "Well its time we stopped the insanity! GUNS DON'T KILL PEOPLE! PEOPLE KILL PEOPLE!"

Oscar will ensure your right to bear arms, paws and tales but seeing to it that an addition to the 2nd Amendment is put in place which specifies that the government cannot take our guns away!
