Oscar believe every life matters. Of course, life cannot begin without a beginning! That's why I, Oscar, am against forced sterilization. Owners who find themselves giving into the politically correct view that all dogs should be spayed or neutered simply lack the testicular fortitude to stand against the liberal crowd.

"I support the right of every pet to make their own decisions about whether or not to practice birth control," says Oscar.
